Fort Pierce, FL (March 4, 2025) – Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ invites community members to attend “Pump It Up,” a free heart health and hands-only CPR educational event on Tuesday, March 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Veteran’s Center of Excellence on the Pruitt Campus.
The event will take place at Building D, 500 NW California Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, and will offer attendees the opportunity to connect with healthcare experts, sample heart-healthy foods, explore valuable resources, and participate in hands-only CPR demonstrations. “Pump It Up” aims to provide practical, fun ways for participants to improve their heart health while meeting others who share a commitment to small, meaningful actions that contribute to lasting well-being.
