Deadlines and Admissions Criteria
Many 西瓜视频 career training programs are selective-admissions programs with special deadlines and admissions criteria. If you鈥檙e interested in one of these offerings, please consult with an 西瓜视频 advisor well before the intended term of enrollment.
Florida Statutes require students in career training programs that have 450 hours or more to pass the Basic Skills Requirement, except for those students who meet the state standards for an exemption.
Non-exempt students who are enrolled in a post-secondary adult vocational program greater than 180 clock-hours must complete a basic skills examination within the first six weeks after admission to the program. The Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) is administered by Assessment Centers at each 西瓜视频 campus. Minimum basic skills grade levels in mathematics and language must be met.
