  1. Log in to your .
  2. Select the River Guide Degree Audit card.
  3. Review your personalized degree audit.

No additional login or setup is required.

The first section of your audit displays information about your current program, including:

  • Student ID
  • Degree, major or concentration
  • Catalog year Assigned academic advisor, if applicable
  • Account holds, if applicable
  • Academic standing, if applicable

If you’re working toward more than one program, use the Degree dropdown to select and view each program’s audit.

Check that your program information is correct. River Guide uses student information from Banner. If your degree, major or catalog year doesn’t look right, contact Academic Advising.

Use the Degree dropdown to switch between programs.

The second section shows two separate measures of your progress:

  • Requirements: The percentage of your program requirements you’ve completed.
  • Credits: The percentage of required credits or hours you’ve completed.

Keep In-progress classes and Preregistered classes checked to include courses you’re currently taking or have registered for in an upcoming term.

These indicators help you monitor your progress but do not confirm official graduation eligibility.

The next section summarizes the requirements you must meet to complete your program. Select the links beside incomplete requirements to explore courses that may satisfy them.

Expand the sections below your program summary to review individual requirements, completed courses, grades, credits earned and how your credits apply to your degree or certificate.

Completed requirements

Review the course code and title, grade earned, credits and term completed.

Incomplete requirements

Important for A.A. students: Some degree tracks require specific General Education courses to meet prerequisites or transfer requirements. Even when several courses appear to satisfy a requirement, not every option may be appropriate for your intended program. Work with your academic advisor to select the right courses.

Expand a section to see its requirements and course information.
Review completed coursework and explore linked courses for unmet requirements.

Use the symbols beside each requirement to check its status:

  • Green checkmark — Complete: The requirement has been met.
  • Blue symbol — In progress: The requirement is being addressed by courses in progress or preregistered.
  • Red circle — Not complete: The requirement has not been met.
  • Yellow symbol — Nearly complete: Review the requirement with your academic advisor.
